When will I receive my product?

After payment is completed, products or services are typically delivered or activated within 24 hours. If you have not received anything after 24 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact support with your order number.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please email support@hurricanesoft.com.tw with your order number and reason for refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for applicable time limits.
